Return & Exchange Policy
At FeminFit, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange policy as follows:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Intimate wear that has been worn or tried on for hygiene reasons.
- Any product that shows signs of damage, stains, or alterations.

Process for Returns:
- Email us at feminfit.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address at your own expense.

Process for Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose a replacement of equal value or request a refund.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
