Return & Exchange Policy

At FeminFit, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange policy as follows:

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

    • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 4 days of receiving the product.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Intimate wear that has been worn or tried on for hygiene reasons.
    • Any product that shows signs of damage, stains, or alterations.
  3. Process for Returns:

    • Email us at feminfit.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address at your own expense.
  4. Process for Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
    • If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose a replacement of equal value or request a refund.
  5. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
